2. Services
We offer group violin classes for beginners, intermediate and advance players and related events. Classes and events are available for booking through our website.

3. Booking and Payment
All classes must be booked and paid for in advance through our website. Payments are non-refundable except in cases of class cancellation by us.

4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled class to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled class.
5. Instrument Rental
If you do not have your own violin, you can rent one from us for £5 per session. Instruments must be pre-booked and will only be available for the duration of your weekly class.

6. Liability
We are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage that may occur during our classes. Participants are responsible for their own safety and the care of their rented instruments.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and videos, is the property of Ealing Violin Club and may not be used without our permission.

8. Use of Photos & Videos 
By participating in our classes, you consent to the use of any photos or videos taken during the sessions for our online publicity and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform us in advance.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
